My car registration was due yesterday, but as I didnt need to drive yesterday, I didn’t worry about renewing it.
I woke up this morning to the sound of rain, took one look outside and decided I wasn’t going to be walking to work. (though a week off with a cold would be handy)
So with much regret I jumped online and paid over the $278 for six months car rego. I think I must have saved myself atleast 17 cents by delaying the payment one day.
So after I shower and dress and head outside to get in the car, I realise it’s stopped raining, I thought about driving anyway, but decided to save myself the petrol and the car park charges and made it to work under my own steam. Total saving around $10
