Your dead sir, you can’t have a credit card

Imagine getting a phone call from a debt collection company asking to speak to the person administering your estate, It happened to an Australian man just the other day

Our good friends at Amex received a death certificate in the name of one of it’s clients, so it closed the account. But even after the client rang back and asked to have his credit card reinstated he was told that he couldn’t because he was dead.

It turns out a man of the same name had passed away and the credit card company just jumped to conclusions. Never heard of that happening before, NOT !!!!!
